Very Berry Smoothie Bowl

 



Ingredients

  • 1 cup of liquid, usually clean water, juice or milk.
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cups of soft fruit, fresh or frozen, or a combination
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt (optionally vegan or dairy)
  • 1 cup ice (or you can use frozen fruit)
  • a teaspoon of sugar, agavehoney or a sweetener of your choice
