For all my strawberry fans (MYSELF INCLUDED) here's a great strawberry smoothie recipe from fitfoodie.
I'm pretty impressed π
INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups whole frozen strawberries
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup 100% orange juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix on high until smooth.
Option to add a little bit more orange juice depending on how thick/thin you like your smoothies.
Serve immediately.
