Ingredients include:
½ cup of Greek yogurt1 orange peeled
2 cups of fresh honeydew (cut up and frozen)
1 Tbs lemon
1 cup of sliced cucumber
10 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients together and Enjoy!!
This smoothie is good for the following reasons ; its low fat, and has low calorie but very filling smoothie. It is a great way to get 1 serving of vegetables and 1 ½ servings of fruit. This smoothie has 8.2 grams of protein, which is 2 grams more than an egg. Plus its 15% of the RDA for dietary fiber and has a high dose of vitamin C.
