Spinach Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cored Apple 2 cups packed spinach ½ cup Greek yogurt 1/3 cup Orange Juice 2 Tbs Ground Flax Seed ½ Tbs Honey 6 oz Pineapple Juice 1 ½ oranges 1 Banana (frozen) 1 ½ Cups of ice Blend following ingredients together until smooth. And Enjoy. If you want this smoothie a little bit more sweeter add more pineapple juice.
